Our Return Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Food and perishable items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads or software

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to:

  • Receive return authorization
  • Get return shipping instructions
  • Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with:

  • Your RMA number clearly visible on the package
  • Copy of your original order confirmation
  • Brief note explaining reason for return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation of our inspection results
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a full refund

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • We'll expedite a replacement or full refund
  • No restocking fees apply for defective items

Late Returns

Returns received after the 14-day window may not be accepted. In exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

Refund Timeline

Please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for return inspection
  • 5-7 business days for refund processing
  • 3-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer)
